Hypo Thyroid, Stress
- Hypothyroidism is a state of increased oxidative stress. Current research shows that there is a rising incidence of hair loss associated with a thyroid imbalance. More and more subclinical, covert deficiencies of vitamins and minerals have been identified in hypothyroidism.
- Starvation, quantity and quality of protein, caloric restriction, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, as well as over nutrition alters the endocrine gland function. Antioxidants, iron, zinc, selenium, vitamins A and D all are important requirements for thyroid function as well as hair growth.
- Stress causes nutritional imbalance and metabolic imbalance. Hair growth during such adaptation is arrested in order to conserve the nutrients and redirect them to more important vital functions.
- The conversion of testosterone to DHT causes the hair loss. Studies recognized that DHT releases TGFβ which is responsible for miniaturization. Now we know that the release of TGFβ is mediated by ROS. Latent TGFβ in the extracellular matrix is also activated by ROS. Experiments have revealed that using free radical scavenger to neutralize the ROS can block the release of TGFβ, thus countering the action of DHT.
- Stress leads to neurochemical, neurotransmitter and hormonal alterations through sympathetic nervous system, hypothalamic – pituatory – adrenal (HPA) axis and substance P, mediated by stress.
- Elevation in allostatic load (chronic stress lead to the wear and tear of cells) causes sleep deprivation, increase appetite, increase blood pressure, risk of cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.
- Stress escalates physiological demand for energy, oxygen utilization, cellular functions, requiring enzymes, cofactors, catalysts and micronutrients.
- Stress induced hair loss is mediated by substance P which is known to act through ROS. Antioxidants can counteract the effects of ROS and mitigate hair loss.

snapshot of the Kit and send it to your respective doctor.
Key Ingredients & Roles
With added advantages of Vitamin B3, Melatonin, Kelp seaweed, Moringa
leaf extract, Vitamin C etc.
Vitamin B3
Niacin deficiency impairs glucose oxidation, tissue respiration
causing depression, confusion. Low vitamin B – complex increase
risk of stress, depression, lethargy and irritability.
Melatonin
It has beneficial effect on hormonal alteration. Melatonin works
as immune regulatory and reduces raised cortisol level.
Moringa leaf extract
Moringa leaf extract is a great source of antioxidant by
inhibiting the expression of pro-inflammatory factors, also
contributing to the regulation of immune cells. It also controls
chronic inflammation.
MO leaf extract regulates hyperthyroidism (An auto-immune related disorder) by inhibiting triiodothyronine (T3) synthesis and release.

Kelp seaweed
Kelp is a natural source of vitamins, minerals and high in
iodine. Kelp can help support thyroid gland and therefore, can
also help boost metabolism, energy and encourages a healthy
weight. It antioxidant effect reduces oxidative stress.
Vitamin C
Vitamin c required for utilization of phenyl alanine and
tyrosine. It helps early recovery from physical and emotional
stress.
Vitamin C improves the abnormalities in serum free T4, T3 and TSH concentrations.
